Kenia Sosa
Owner & Director of Administration
Kenia Sosa brings over 18 years of corporate experience to SOSA Construction, where she now leads the administrative, operational, and business development functions. From financial planning and contract administration to client communication and compliance, she ensures the company runs with precision and professionalism.
Her leadership has played a key role in growing the company’s reputation and client base while maintaining its core values. With a heart for service and an eye for strategy, Kenia balances high-level planning with day-to-day execution, making her an essential force behind Sosa Construction’s continued success.
George "Bubba" Sosa Jr.
Owner & Director of Field Operations
Raised in a construction and ranching family, Bubba developed his skills and work ethic from a young age, mastering the trade through hands-on experience. Today, he oversees all field operations at SOSA Construction, personally managing crews across multiple sites and leading on-the-ground execution for grading, demolition, excavation, and concrete work.
Known for his deep industry knowledge and sharp eye for detail, Bubba brings leadership, technical expertise, and personal accountability to every job. His strong faith, family values, and commitment to growth are evident in his day-to-day presence across job sites. His ability to connect with both clients and crews has made him a respected figure in the industry.
Jerson Tercero
Foreman | Houston Area Operations
Jerson Tercero joined SOSA Construction at 19 with a strong work ethic and desire to grow. Over the years, he earned his CDL, mastered heavy equipment, and rose through the ranks to become a trusted Foreman overseeing our Houston-area projects.
Known for his leadership and attention to detail, Jerson manages crews, schedules, and day-to-day site operations with professionalism and care. His growth is a reflection of SOSA’s commitment to building strong teams from within — and he continues to lead with humility, discipline, and faith.
Cristian Huerta
Foreman | Austin & DFW Area Operations
Cristian Huerta plays a key role in leading SOSA Construction's development and construction efforts across Austin and the Dallas–Fort Worth region. With a background in heavy machinery mechanics and expertise in both the pool and landscaping industries, Cristian brings a hands-on, well-rounded perspective to every project. He specializes in irrigation systems, landscape installation, and functional outdoor design, ensuring every site is completed with precision and visual appeal.
As a man of faith and a dedicated family man, Cristian leads with integrity and purpose. His dependable leadership, strong communication with clients, and ability to adapt to the unique needs of each project have made him a trusted presence throughout central and north Texas.
